*60 Day Sleep Trial

It will take anywhere from 30 to 90 nights for your new mattress to break in and for your body to adjust to the new support and comfort. Because of this, we require that you sleep on your new mattress for a minimum of 30 nights to allow for adjustment. However, if you are not comfortable within 60 days of your original mattress’s delivery date, you may exchange your mattress one time in this period.

Delivery and set up fees are non-refundable.

We do not charge restocking fees, only a redelivery fee of $149. 

Alabama Beds is unable to exchange or refund any mattress that is stained, soiled, or in any way damaged under this guarantee.

Do not remove the Law Label from your mattress or foundation, doing so will void your 60 Day Comfort Guarantee.

Any mattress purchase $999 and above also receives an 60 sleep trial. Please be aware that our Sleep Trail does not cover, Clearance merchandise, Floor models, Warranty exchanges, Furniture (Headboards, Footboards, other), Adjustable bases, Pillows, Mattress protectors, X-Chair, CordaRoy’s, Futons, or other accessories. Mattress Exchange Policy

I. Policy Overview

Our top priority at Alabama Beds is your satisfaction. We understand that buying a mattress is a significant investment and that sometimes, it does not meet your expectations. That's why we offer a generous mattress exchange policy to ensure your maximum comfort.

II. 60-Night Comfort Guarantee

We offer a 60-night comfort guarantee on all our mattresses. If you find the mattress uncomfortable or unsuitable for any reason, you can exchange it within 60 days from the delivery date. Some mattresses manufactures offer a longer sleep trial, this time will run in conjunction with our guarantee and does not change any other elements. 

III. One-Time Exchange

Each customer is eligible for a one-time exchange per mattress purchase. This policy is applied to ensure fair usage and prevent any misuse of the policy. We do not charge restocking fees, only a redelivery fee of $149.

IV. Mattress Condition

The mattress being exchanged should be in a like-new condition, free from any stains, tears, or damage. If the mattress is found to be damaged, the exchange may be denied.

V. Exchange Process

To initiate the exchange, please contact our customer support team. They will guide you through the process. You'll need to present your original receipt and provide the reason for the exchange.

VI. Delivery and Pickup

A delivery fee may apply for the pickup of the original mattress and the delivery of the new one. The amount will be communicated to you when you initiate the exchange.

VII. Exclusions

Custom orders, clearance items, and promotional items are not eligible for exchange.

VIII. Changes to the Policy

We reserve the right to update or modify this policy at any time without prior notice.
